Could you explain the 4C's - diamond cut, colour, clarity and carat weight?
These 4Cs are important characteristics of the diamond that defines its overall appearance and price. The Diamond cut helps identify the shine and brilliance of the stone. Colour classifies the diamond on a scale of colourless to visible yellow. Clarity gives information about the natural flaws and inclusions in the diamond and Carat Weight determines the actual weight of the diamond.
What are the various Cut grades?
A diamond’s cut grade is a mark of its light performance. The cut is prized as one of the defining characteristics that can express the beauty and sparkle of a diamond. Cut grades vary from excellent cuts to poor cut.
What are the various colour grades?
Clarity refers to the presence or absence of inclusions or blemishes or any identifying marks within a diamond. Clarity grades are segmented as FL-IF: Flawless-Internally Flawless, VVS1-VVS2: Very Very Slightly Included, VS1-VS2: Very Slightly Included, SI1-S12: Slightly Included and I1-I2: Included.

Products are customized as per your specifications and are manufactured once you place an order it usually takes 10-12 working days to ship your product.

What is the procedure to return the products under Easy Returns and Exchange Policy?
– Call our Customer Care team at 1800-120-1434 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and place your exchange/ return request.
– Secure your product with the original invoice, certificate(s), jewellery box, etc. in the tamper proof envelope sent to you along with the product.
– Call our Customer Care team to inform once the secured envelope is ready and we will arrange for a pick up. Please ensure that you do not give open packets to our representative who comes to collect the product.
– Upon a quick quality check of the received product at our end, our Customer Care team would process the refund/exchange.
What are the conditions for the Lifetime Exchange and Buy-Back Policy?
– The product should be original and accompanied with Original Product Certificate, Original Invoice and Bills
– In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, we will send the product to the Lab for recertification before processing request. The shipping cost and the cost of such certification shall be borne by the customer Please note that products purchased at www.sankeshsurana.com cannot be returned or exchanged at our studio or any partner brand showrooms
Are there any charges for shipping the product under Easy Returns/Lifetime Exchange policy?
We offer one time FREE return shipping (within India) with the Easy Returns. Nominal logistics charges of Rs 500 is applicable in Lifetime Exchange Policy. For all the subsequent returns/exchanges under this policy, the shipping charges @ Rs 500 per request shall be borne by the Customer.
What are the terms and conditions for Lifetime Warranty policy?
– The product should be original and accompanied with the Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice.

– We offer cleaning & polishing services, stone tightening and other repair services which enhance the life of the jewellery that suffers the daily wear and tear.
– Please note that warranty service rendered is not chargeable. However, the Customer will have to bear the cost of any extra material (Gold or Diamond), if applicable, required to complete the service request.
– Shipping charges are borne by customer as per actuals (within India) for such requests.
– The policy is deemed void if any other third party jeweller has worked on it.
